As soon as they have agreed what to buy, we buy. We receive orders and than make sure that it arrives in Kiev.
The campaign Good night imperial pride has already agreed with troops on required type of night-vision devices and the models and sizes of the plate carriers are already known to us. We simply have to buy them and then deliver them to Kiev.
